Production -- Since we have the potential in the entire PS (Polystyrene) foam production processes starting from making the mold, printing the OPS film, laminating the OPS film on the foam sheet roll, extruding the foam sheet, vacuuming it then packing and delivery to the customer. So, we are able to effectively control the full processes and strictly zone each area in order to reduce the contamination as much as possible.

Raw Material -- We choose the PS resin from the leading producer in Thailand and all the resources are food grade. Our product is also passed laboratory examination and analysis from the Bureau of Quality and Safety of Food (BQSF) which is under the Department of Medical Science of Thailand. This can assure that our product is CFC free and safe from microbiological and chemical contamination.

Environment -- PS foam is not the enemy of the environment; producing one “foam” tray spends less petrochemical resin than producing the “plastic” tray. Plus, its scrap and defected pieces will be sent to the recycle process and reused as the raw material in the production processes. In addition, the customer trust that there is no more CFC in the foam tray since it is prohibited to use in food packaging industry and we never use it.

Reliability -- Even the natural disaster is unpredictable and becomes heavier in each year such as the happening of the severe flood in 2011, the customer can be assured in our capability in delivering. Our second branch in Nakorn ratchasima is sufficiently managed to handle the situation.
